Ethical leadership

Building connection and responsibility
More and more people want to take responsibility for issues like sustainability, social equality, or strengthening local communities. But how do you deal with complex topics like gender diversity, migration, or polarization? How do you give meaning to changing stories and traditions, while considering the diverse perspectives of your audience and colleagues?
These days, leadership requires more than just making decisions. It requires presence : truly being there, listening, daring to be vulnerable, and building bridges. Ethical leadership means leading from a place of service, with solidarity and collaboration at its core. It's about the courage to discuss complex issues and involve others, with the goal of connection and shared responsibility, rather than simply pushing your own vision.

Are you in? Ethical Leadership Training Course
Starting in September 2025, Act!On is offering a unique Ethical Leadership training program specifically for (informal) leaders in the heritage and culture sector. In a small group of up to 10 participants, you'll spend eight months developing your leadership skills. The program includes six full training days and two peer-to-peer coaching days, during which we'll work together on skills such as listening, connecting, showing vulnerability, and putting solidarity into practice.
In a world where traditional authority is declining and diverse perspectives coexist, ethical leadership provides the foundation for meaningful action. We invite you to join us and build a future with responsibility and connection at its core.
The program will be announced soon.
